Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Ellwood's Gold' is an attractive Lawsons Cypress Conifer offering soft, yellow-green foliage tipped with gold. A dwarf and slow growing variety this small tree is an ever popular addition to borders and specimen or mixed containers. A compact, lush plant requiring little maintenance. Suitable for moist but well drained, acid and neutral soils. This is a hardy plant withstanding very cold Winter conditions of -20 to -15 degrees celsius. Suitable for the vast majority of UK locations regardless of how harsh the Winter becomes. This variety is best positioned in full sun to part shade.
