Latin Name: Syringa meyeri Palibin

Common Name: Korean Lilac

Characteristics: Syringa Palibin is a deciduous shrub with an abundance of dark green leaves that provides the perfect backdrop for the panicles of lilac shaded flowers. A stunning fragrance will also be produced when they appear in Spring and Summer. Due to the plants deciduous nature, it will lose its leaves later in the year, before returning with fresh new foliage in Spring.

Plant Advice: Syringa should be planted in moist, well-drained soil and kept in full sun at the best of times. The plant should be watered with approximately two inches of water every week. This should see the soil remain moist to a sufficient depth.
