Mizuna 'Red Knight' Salad Leaf Seeds

Mizuna 'Red Knight' is delicious and easy to grow as a cut and come again salad leaf.
It can also be left to grow larger and used in stir fries or as a steamed vegetable.
Decorative, glossy, serated, dark green leaves with a mild mustard flavour that will brighten up your salad bowl or stir fry!
Quick growing (21-40 days sowing to harvest) and ideal for indoor or outdoor growing
Sow outdoors from April to October, every two weeks for a continuous harvest. Harvest when approximately 8-10cm (3-4") high, by clipping with scissors; the plants will re-grow and can be trimmed several times.
Can also be used as seed sprouts or Microgreens
