We cannot take responsibility for any damage to the frame or covers caused by incorrect assembly or by assembling/using the gazebo in wind or rain, as this can cause the frame to buckle.

Please ensure the gazebo is not left outdoors in bad weather, as rain or wind may damage it.

The 15-day return policy does not cover damage resulting from improper assembly, overnight use, or exposure to adverse weather.
