I wouldn't expect it to last year's, but still worth it for the money if your going to look after it should last a good while.

I managed to put it up by myself (I'm not quite 5ft) in around 20 minutes, it would probably take someone taller less time! It was very simple to follow the instructions, and once I pegged it down it withstood quite a strong breeze. Very good gazebo for the price, I've left it out overnight so far and it's been fine although I'll probably take it down if the weather changes and put it back up when it's needed
